About us
Our Company was founded in 1959. Since 1962 we have been manufacturing safety valves for industry in general and, in particular, for the petrochemical, chemical and refining industry, power boilers and steam plants.
Our Milan offices, of approximately 1.000 m2 of floor space, are situated close to the Railway Central Station.
Our factory, located in Guardamiglio near Piacenza, occupies a total of 13.000 m2 comprising a covered area of 8.000 m2. Solar panels cover 25% of the electrical energy needs. The factory is modernly equipped and can handle a monthly production of 600 valves.

The range of type, dimensions and ratings is vast and can satisfy the most varied and complex requirements.
Quality is guaranteed by our Company’s quality system which is operated by highly qualified personnel under the guidance of authoritative management in accordance with ISO 9001.
All our activities follow the rules given by a management system for environment and safety, approved by third part, in accordance with EN ISO 14001 and EN ISO 45001.
Experience, the importance given to research and experimental work and the quality of our products have classed the company as one of the most important and innovative manufacturers of these types of valves in the European market.
Following results of tests and controls, our valves have been approved by ISPESL (ex ANCC), RINA, LLOYD’S Register of Shipping, DNV, TR (ex GOST TR), SELO People’s Republic of China, BV.
From year 2010 we can supply valves with ASME VIII stamp for our spring loaded and pilot operated safety valves.
All valves shown in this site are supplied, when the Pressure Equipment Directive is applicable, with CE marking and declaration of conformity.
We have a long experience from about 30 years in the selection and commercialization of rupture discs.
We have represented for more than 25 years a leading manufacturer.
Now we do not have any specific agreement with any manufacturer and with the know-how we have on rupture discs we can integrate the supplies of our safety valves with rupture discs purchased from different suppliers.
Whilst we hope that this site will be successful in providing an initial idea of our activities, we are convinced that a complete demonstration of our company’s capabilities can only be realized through direct contact, examination and solution of specific problems.
